Senior Category Manager (w/m)
- Indirect Purchasing - Leadbuyer Sales & Marketing


Your responsibilities will include:
  • To lead site and affiliate teams to analyse markets and identify best in class practise and suppliers for sales and marketing activities across the network of sites
  • To drive a pattern of continuous improvement and savings from within the business, supporting the various sales and marketing organisations to reach their targets
  • To guide teams in globalising and performing marketing effectiveness studies, supplier evaluation and selection as per Stada standards and sourcing strategy
  • To create, maintain and share database of requirements, contracts, suppliers and share with peers within the Stada sales and marketing community
  • To perform purchase price analysis, understand budget & specification constraints and coordinate these with stakeholders
  • To support wider leverage or best practise initiatives on a global cross-site/affiliate or cross affiliate basis
  • With site/affiliate associates, develop strategies and partnerships with key local & global suppliers
  • To lead the negotiation of price structures and arrangements that support STADA’s business strategy in line with any agreed targets that you are given
  • To stay abreast of / monitor external market trends, attend relevant trade-shows, keep skills current.
  • To initiate dashboards to track supplier performance and adherence to contract terms
  • To Iiplement continuous improvement programs with suppliers to improve service levels and costs
  • To facilitate the preparation of monthly YTD reports, quarterly and year-end actual spend and savings for suppliers managed
