Your duties will include

  • Support the product strategy for automotive products in alignment with the management team of the product line “High Power”
  • Design-in support for key automotive customers, technical and commercial support for the sales organization
  • Support automotive product definitions and specifications, Design Team support
  • Provide datasheets for automotive products
  • Development of technical documents
  • Representing the company in conferences and international forums
  • Deal with large scale, global acting industrial and automotive customers for key projects
  • Identify automotive market segments with business potential and customers; guide the Sales organization
  • Manage the technical and commercial information flow between R&D and Marketing High Power
  • Creation of presentation materials for the entire products scope
  • Define and align appropriate marketing activities including trade shows, advertising, sales partners in cooperation with MarCom and Marketing High Power
  • Visiting global customers and distribution partners to collect market and technology information
  • Business reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical engineering or other comprehensive technical background in Power Electronics
  • 3+ years’ experience in automotive market or similar role
  • Experience in managing technical products
  • Proven capability in handling projects and being effective while interfacing with different teams
  • Market knowledge of the power semiconductor market and applications
  • Experience in power electronics especially related to inverter systems and/or IGBT and MOSFET technologies
  • Good command of spoken and written German and English
  • Global travel experiences
