Grade Development Specialist Turning (m/f/d)
Entry Date: As soon as possible
In this position, your mission is to provide product support and application solutions to sales force, projects and customers. Your responsibility is to create and share best practice and to support product & application training to both customers and internally.
You analyze and understand current market conditions and future trends including tracking top current and potential customers. Furthermore, you promote new and existing products and give your input to target setting and sales plans.
Another key responsibility is to contribute to global or industry segment plans through high quality input. You execute field testing and monitor competitors and feedback to stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with a relevant university degree in engineering who has proven experience in metal cutting tools and applications in addition to proven records in managing multiple work tasks or projects. You have knowledge and experience in managing external and internal customer relationships and are used to work in a cross functional, multi-cultural and international environment.
As we work in an international setting, you have good skills in English, both written and verbal. This position requires travel within the Sales Area Central Europe.
You have a disposition in digital applications, general knowledge and understanding of IT and how to apply digital resources and technology to improve processes and ways of working. We place great value on your personal qualities. You demonstrate a solution-oriented approach towards problems and challenges and also have a strong business acumen. You are proactive, self-driven and self-motivated and show the ability to motivate and energize others. Strong collaboration and communication skills as well as the ability to listen to customer and sales force to understand underlying needs are also part of your personality.
